Milk, when sourced hygienically and delivered within a few hours of milking, does not require pasteurization. Only the milk that is prone to contamination or travels days to reach you require pasteurization to prevent bacterial contamination. Our strict cold chain system leaves no room for contamination.

We do not extract cream from the milk or add fat to the milk. From our cows to your cups, we keep the natural goodness of raw milk intact in every drop we deliver.

Better shelf life does not always mean better quality. We steer clear of preservatives or additional processing that extend shelf life by compromising on quality. The only thing we preserve? The superior natural taste and texture of our milk!

Our cows are healthy and are cared for in the most natural way possible. Any shortcuts such as antibiotics or growth hormones to increase the yield is an absolute no. Quality over quantity. Always.

The highest standard of hygiene is maintained on our farm and throughout the process. Regular cleaning and quality checks protect the milk from external contamination.

Raw milk is a powerhouse of nutrients. Our milk is packed with Vitamin A, D, and K, Phosphorus, Zinc and many other useful digestive enzymes and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Milk is rich in gut-friendly probiotics; unfortunately, most of it is lost when pasteurized or processed. Raw milk preserves the probiotics and strengthens your gut and immune system.

The 360 system is the backbone of our self-sufficient dairy farm. From the cattle feed to the manure that goes into the soil, ours is a sustainable farming model that minimises resource wastage and maximises yield.

Our cows are on a strict diet of fresh and clean silage grown organically with manure. The consistent diet of fibre-rich silage helps cattle maintain optimal rumen function and promotes the generation of milk that is high in protein.

Only healthy cows can give the most nourishing milk. We keep our cows happy and healthy through a great diet, clean barns and a whole lot of care and compassion.

Manure from our cows goes back into the soil as an excellent fertilizer for silage. The dried manure is the secret behind the excellent quality silage that our cows love.

Hygienic machine-milking, free of human touch, eliminates the risk of contamination or compromise on composition and quality.

Milk is transferred to a chiller on the farm immediately after milking. From this point onwards it is stored at the FSSAI-prescribed temperature of 2-4°C to maintain optimum freshness. Once the process is complete, it is transported to our outlet via a cold storage tanker.

We deliver the milk to our outlet within hours of milking. At the outlet, the temperature of the cold storage system is strictly monitored to preserve the quality of the milk when it is delivered to you.
